The Registered RN is a professional caregiver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.   - Follows established policies and procedures.  - Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors. 

- Responsible for safeguarding all entrances/exits, making patrols throughout facility and grounds to ensure safety/security for all patients, visitors and employees. - Responds to codes, takes reports and conducts investigations as necessary. - Monitors assigned area for purposes of deterring crime and/or misconduct. - Responds to all alarms. - Performs all other duties as assigned.  

A Coder demonstrates proficiency in coding one outpatient service type to support Revenue Cycle Goals for timely billing. Utilizes International Classification of Disease (ICD-10-CM and PCS), Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) including Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and other coding references to ensure accurate coding. Addresses NCCI, OCE, LCD and other coding edits as applicable.
