This position has a strong emphasis on customer service to our patients.
Must ensure quality patient scheduling, positive telephone etiquette and customer
satisfaction in support of the mission of Cooper University Hospital.
Serve as the front line contact person for all incoming patients.
Greet, register, schedule, collect point of service copays and provide general information to
patients and their families using AIDET.

The trained Surgical technologist, under the direct supervision of the Registered Professional Nurse and/or physician, is assigned as an assistant to specific service areas in the Surgical Suite.
- Responsible for receipt, distribution and delivery of supplies within the Voorhees Surgery Center:
- Submittingof requisitions orders
- Receipt of Purchase Orders
- Replenishment of inventory supplies
- Utilizing Lawson
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Position is a supprt role under the OR Products Coordinator to maintain inventory for Voorhees Surgery Center
- Assists the Clinical team in providing indirect patient care, plus has non patient care responsibilities.

For Customer Service posting, performs essential duties related to reference lab test processing and resulting.
The Registered RN is a professional caregiver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Follows established policies and procedures.
- Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors.
- Provides excellent customer service interfacing well with all levels of staff, management, and physicians.

- Assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated timeframe.
- Evaluates patients, implements, and documents nursing care.
- Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Performs various patient tests and administers medications utilizing the nursing process.
- Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Pediatric position in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Inpatient caseload includes feeding assessment and treatment in the NICU and pediatric units. Outpatient caseload includes pediatric speech, language and feeding assessment and treatment
Evaluation, assessment and treatment of patients in the hospital or outpatient setting. Communication with patients, families and other members of the health care team.
