This position will serve as a key resource to Administrative and Physician Leadership for Finance & Revenue Cycle for Hospital Based Services (Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Pathology, Radiology,) on the Camden Campus and offsite contracts.
Responsible for overall direction, utilization, supervision, and instruction of professional
and supportive personnel.
Primary duties are policy making, planning, staffing, directing or controlling the activities
and operations.
Assists with the development, implementation and monitoring of all programs, policies
and procedures, maintaining adequate qualified and competent personnel, adequate
supplies and equipment to ensure a high degree of quality patient care and service
Direct responsibility for the daily operations of assigned department(s); including but not limited to: overseeing daily practice operations, recruitment, retention, adherence to policies and procedures, support ongoing education of staff, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and responsible for fiscal responsibility of unit/department.
Coordinates with Director of Maintenance; acts as a direct supervisor over department personnel on a daily basis and oversees that direction from Director is implemented as required.
Ensures employee performance meets or exceeds expectations and periodic performance appraisals are conducted on a timely basis.
Assess conditions and diagnose technical and mechanical problems.
Lead staff during projects and repairs including carpentry, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing.
Maintenance and/or beautification of facility and grounds.
