Responsible for receipt, distribution and delivery of supplies within Cooper Health Care network. This includes:
- Picking of requisitions orders
- Receipt of Purchase Orders
- Delivery of supplies, utilizing truck
- Replenishment of inventory supplies
- Cycle Counting
- Utilizing Lawson / Mobile Supply Chain RF Scanner
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Work effectively within the Health System’s decision making and organizational structures while representing Cooper Care Alliance
Interface with the Medical Director/s, Admin Director, SVP, VP, and AVP’s with respect to finance and financial operations. Prepares & distributes monthly CCA financial reports to CCA Administration. Provides analysis though variance reporting.
Lead, coordinate and manage the planning and preparation of the Institute’s operating and capital budget within timeframe established by Cooper Finance, including construction projects etc.
Serves as the liaison for the CCA with the Central Billing Office of CUHC. Reviews revenue cycle performance on a monthly basis and identifies issues and concerns that affect that performance. Insures that the revenue cycle for CCA is operating at peak efficiency.

Assists with the preparation of business plans, pro-formas for new physician recruits and programs, ROI’s on equipment in relation to new recruits and programs, practice assessments and operational recommendations for use as analytical tool for purchase acquisitions and strategic planning.
Works collaboratively with the physician and administrative leadership teams across other departments.
- Responsible for successfully completing daily tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Administrative functions include:
Scheduling meetings, coordinating programs, data management, timekeeping, composing, typing, organizing, maintaining and distributing documents and incoming/outgoing correspondence, handling confidential personnel and financial documents,
assist with daily operational function.
Telephone correspondence with internal and external customers.
General secretarial functions include:
Composing, typing, editing, photocopying, distributing documents and incoming/outgoing correspondences and maintaining various files/forms/documents as necessary.
Provide ongoing care-coordination and case management services. Guide linkage to appropriate clinical services including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), behavioral health treatment, and social services to individuals with Substance Use Disorder.
Provide education, coordination, navigation, linkages, and support to individuals with Substance Use Disorder, mental health diagnosis, or other medical conditions.
Foster one-on-one supportive relationships built on trust and respect, and encourage engagement and retention in treatment in order for patient to reach and maintain optimal outcome
Provide continuity of care by meeting patients in various clinical and community settings including the following: home visits, emergency department visits, addiction treatment appointments, medical appointments, social service appointments, correctional visits, and therapeutic appointments.
Identify health and wellness needs, barriers and strengths including physical health, medical and addiction treatment, social support, occupational and intellectual strengths and goals, financial and housing, etc.
Perform outreach by meeting with patients in the community and act as allies and advocates for patient services
Attend Addiction Medicine clinical and programmatic conferences and meetings as required.
Engage in ongoing professional development, training and receipt of clinical supervision.
The Registered RN is a professional caregiver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.
