Responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) in areas that include offices, patient rooms, classrooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells and other public areas (i.e. cafeterias, etc.). In addition, a Floor Technician may also perform the following as needed: Dusting surfaces, floors, emptying waste baskets removes waste and relines basket. Damp wiping cleans all furniture. The Phlebotomy Technician is primarily responsible for collecting specimens for laboratory testing in the inpatient setting. Patients may range from newborn through older adults. Team members are assigned to various inpatient units based on volume and are expected to provide timely and accurate service.
Performs essential duties related to one or more of the clinical subspecialties of Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology/Immunology based on shift. Specific skills required for Molecular Pathology, Flow Cytometry and Point of Care job postings. - Prepares and assembles salads, desserts, sandwiches, and deli items according to standardized recipes for portion size.
- Works grill area preparing foods according to quality control standards.
- Safely operate slicer, mixer, steamer, oven, and broiler.
