This Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will support our burgeoning Advanced Heart Failure program being led by Dr. Ketan Gala who begins his tenure at Cooper as Physician Director of the program beginning on August 1st, 2022. The APP would function at top of license in both the hospital and ambulatory setting to support the growth, maintain access and continue to facilitate excellent quality.
