- Performs CAT Scan procedures following protocols established by the Radiologist
- Operates the CT scanner during IR procedures in the CT department.
- Maintains work area: Reports maintenance issues for equipment, monitors supplies and deficiencies.
- Adheres to all Infection Prevention prolicies, utilizing the appropriate PPE needed.
- Maintains licensure and BLS.

- Attends staff meetings and reviews daily huddles to keep current on department communications.
- Participates in Departmental On Call and Holiday Requirements.
Perform various laundry, patient transport, and environmental duties throughout the hospital. Performs specific cleaning duties to maintain a clean and aseptic environment. Transports patients throughout the facility in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Performs laundering and related assignments necessary to the collection, processing and distribution of linen throughout the system. Keeps waiting rooms, lounges, and staff areas tidy. High School diploma or equivalent required.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant assumes responsibility for outpatients seen in the Cooper Early Intervention Program (EIP). In collaboration with other members of the health care team, strengthens nursing practice and promotes positive health outcomes for patients.
The EIP APP will work closely with infectious diseases and internal medicine physicians to provide primary care for HIV infected adults in the outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the assessment, evaluation, treatment, and education of HIV-infected persons and at-risk individuals, including the provision of women’s care services. The EIP APP will serve as an important member of the multidisciplinary team in the outpatient setting.
Provides psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, social work consultation, referrals, short term crisis counseling to facilitate discharge plans, and/or adjustment to illness, and complex discharge planning for patients and their families.
Functions as a member of the Utilization Management team.

The Periop Support Services Manager is responsible for Managing process and operations of nonclinical task in the Operating room to support quality, cost-effective patient care. The Periop Support Services Manager is responsible for managing OR support staff and works to ensure that these individuals are providing quality service in accordance and maintaining a safe care environment as guided by AORN and regulatory standards.
· Communicates and collaborates through action with OR Nursing leaders team to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care
· Collaborates with Biomed Medical engineering Manager of Equipment distribution to support the OR in onboarding managing and assuring the availability of essential OR equipment
· Supervises and Manages OR support services staff, including Patient Care Technicians, and Equipment coordinators.
· Leads and manages the implementation, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of applicable technologies, equipment and associated hardware.
· Responsible for efficient and effective operating room turnover as proven through quality data and efficiency metrics.
· Develops, monitors, evaluates, and recommends improvement to operational processes, procedures, workflow, and/or standards, ensuring alignment with College mission, values, goals and objectives and local, state, and federal laws and regulations and to reduce costs.
· Responsible for maintaining knowledge of AORN and Coordinates training, implementation of new technology solutions, and/ or creating initiatives to improves processes.
· Collaborates with Cooper Environmental Services Leadership and Infection prevention to maintain alignment with regulatory standards
· Attends departmental and Organizational meeting as directed and required.
· Assures adequate support for daily operational needs of the Operating Room
· Responsible for the processing of Lawson/PMM requisitions for non-inventory items to support the function of room turnover and cleaning, and supply and equipment availability.
· Responsible for follow through on items identified during Environment of Care rounds. Responsible for supporting the coordination of equipment delivery, repair, arranging access to OR.
· Supervises and Manages OR support services staff, including Patient Care Technicians, and Equipment coordinators.
The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for Managing and maintaining all equipment in the Operating room setting under the direction of OR Nursing Leadership and Biomedical Engineering. Represent department in meetings, committees, etc. and act as liaison to all supporting departments.
- Facilitate communication on equipment availability, repair/replacement and inventory locations at direction of Unit leadership.
- Responsible to attend environment of care rounds and follow through on items identified during Environment of Care rounds.
- Responsible for coordination of equipment delivery, repair, arranging access to ORs when necessary.
- Work with Biomed and CSP to ensure repairs, etc. are expedited. Work with outside vendors with specialized equipment to ensure repairs etc. are expedited.
- Maintain records around the equipment for reference such as IFUs.
- Collaborate with Periop Business Admin Director to Collect information for OR Value Analysis Committee (OR VA) and to support Capital and operating budget process.
- Collaborates with Biomedical Engineering department to maintain up to date list of OR inventory equipment.
- Responsible for collaborating with Perioperative Services Education and Development Coordinator and OR Leadership team on equipment education and competency for staff.
- Attends Or scheduling Huddle and Reviews upcoming OR schedule for equipment needs and effectively manages and equipment needs or concerns.
- Collaborates with the Nursing Director of Quality Practice and innovation on Nursing focused quality initiatives, organizational performance as it relates to NDNQI.
- Support OR staff to troubleshoot and setup of OR equipment.
