The Director of Provider Capacity Management leads organizational efforts to design, monitor, and optimize provider capacity across the clinical enterprise. This role ensures patient-centric access to clinical services, oversees template management for provider and ancillary schedules, and aligns capacity management work to strategic initiatives.
