In 2023 the Operators handled 700,000 calls with 25 FTE’s and only one Manager supporting the operations. YTD for 2023 up to April 2024 they have handled 250,000 calls with an average of 25 FTE’s. Our manager needs support to manage a 24/7 365 days operation and maintain an excellent level of support for the patients, their families, our providers and our Cooper team members in the Hospital and the Ambulatory offices.
Must be local Remote after 6 months of training
Supports, educates, and assists patients and their families, serving as a link to their doctors and supportive services. This position’s role is key in the implementation of multi-disciplinary care.
