The Registered RN is a professional caregiver, who as a member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame. Contribute subject matter expertise to design and development of pilot outpatient Suboxone treatment program with physician medical lead and program managers. Provides substance abuse counseling services including but not limited to assessment, treatment planning, long-term counseling, psycho education, case management, advocacy, and follow-up to adult patient panel.
