The Reception Ambassador provides information and assistance to patients, families and visitors and serves as support for the clinical staff within the reception and lobby areas at Cooper University Health Care. The ambassador may fill the gap for patients without family or friends available for visits and is often the first team member patients and visitors engage with when entering Cooper University Health Care. Primary responsibilities of the Reception Ambassador are to greet patients/family and visitors, provide excellent customer service, and to create a safe and friendly environment for all guests. Reception ambassadors provide information, assistance, and support to our patients, guests, team members and visitors within our lobby areas in the organization.
Responsible for the management of clinical and business operations of assigned sites, including the delivery of quality clinical services, improving patient experience, materials management, software implementations, regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, environment of care, and facility management, making themselves or designee available after hours for emergency issues such as facility or operational issues due to weather, call outs or other unforeseen circumstances.

Under the direction of the team Supervisor and/or Manager, the Collections Specialist II will be responsible for:
- Accounts Receivable tasks related to Cooper University Professional provider revenue cycle and collections.
- Duties will be performed in a fast-paced central billing office environment.
- The PB Collections Specialist will be flexible and responsive to changing priorities.
- The candidate will act as the customer experience agent between third-party payors, Cooper University Health Care patients, and internal departments.
Perform various laundry, patient transport, and environmental duties throughout the hospital. Performs specific cleaning duties to maintain a clean and aseptic environment. Transports patients throughout the facility in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Performs laundering and related assignments necessary to the collection, processing, and distribution of linen throughout the system. Keeps waiting rooms, lounges, and staff areas tidy.
The Occupational Therapist Will Evaluate, assess and treat of patients in the hospital setting. Oversite of certified occupational therapist assistants, aides, and front desk staff.
Conduct interviews with patients and families to insure insurance coverage which includes
obtaining benefit information and pre-certification.
Make referrals to financial assistance services for patients with less than 100% coverage.
This position will also perform Scheduling duties when needed.
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), assists with patients’ activities of daily living and plan of care.
Communicates with and supports healthcare team, patients and/or patient’s family or significant other(s).
Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics.
1. Supports the activities of daily living to include bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, toileting/hygiene, and assisting with mobility and transport. Demonstrates standard precautions including the care of patients in isolation and safe patient practice.

- Provides first tier support to application users.
- Answers questions or resolves application problems for clients in person, via telephone or electronically.
- Troubleshoots issues impacting operational workflows for providers, patients, and end users.
- Acts as liaison between the end user and application analysts.
- Participates in testing activities, executes test scripts, and documents test scripts.
- Demonstrates ability to grasp basic concepts of application-specific systems to support Go Lives, test scripts, documentation during installation and upgrade activities
The Lead Technologist performs essential duties in one or more sub-specialties of the Clinical Laboratory in a highly competent manner. In addition, he/she provides technical expertise to staff and others and acts as the Manager’s designee in performing delegated tasks. The Lead Tech collaborates with the manager in making decisions in compliance with existing policies, procedures, or instructions.
