Perform the functions of Epilepsy monitoring Technition in epilepsy monitoring unit.
Monitors patient for seizure activity, in collaboration with Physician, RNs and other healthcare staff.
Able to complete epilepsy monitoring training program, and maintain competency in this role.
•Provide ongoing care-coordination and case management services. Guide linkage to appropriate clinical services including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), behavioral health treatment, and social services to individuals with Substance Use Disorder.
•Provide education, coordination, navigation, linkages, and support to individuals with Substance Use Disorder
•Foster one-on-one supportive relationships built on trust and respect, and encourage engagement and retention in treatment in order for patient to reach and maintain optimal outcome
•Provide continuity of care by meeting patients in various clinical care settings including the following: emergency department visits, addiction treatment appointments, medical appointments, social service appointments, and therapeutic appointments.
•Identify health and wellness needs, barriers and strengths including physical health, medical and addiction treatment, social support, occupational and intellectual strengths and goals, financial and housing, etc.
•Perform outreach by meeting with patients in the community and act as allies and advocates for patient services
•Attend Addiction Medicine clinical and programmatic conferences and meetings as required.
•Engage in ongoing professional development, training and receipt of clinical supervision.
Performs various functions pertaining to construction and repair of interior and exterior of buildings and facilities.
Performs daily rounds of their respective property territory. Reports back issues that need attention. Rounds include grounds, life safety, compliance, inspections, equipment etc. Technician makes repairs or contacts vendor for service.
20% of Job Responsibility includes property management/project management services to include obtaining bids for repairs, assisting in requisition process, managing on-site contractors and invoice processing.
60% of Job Responsibility includes performing repairs and preventative maintenance on MEP systems and physical plant as required by specific leases. Responds to tenant service requests in work order system. HEM work orders must be completed in a timely & efficient manner.
20% of Job Responsibility includes Life Safety and Compliance Inspections. Must be knowledgeable of building codes and capable of evaluating existing conditions to ensure regulatory readiness.
Responsible for the safe, timely and accurate transport of patients, medical equipment and patient-related items to their destinations enabling technologists, nursing and physcians to perform their duties in an effective manner. Maintain inventory levels of supplies and organize stock so that it’s properly maintained to avoid loss during daily operations or expiration. Clean assigned work areas and related equipment. Assist medical, technical, and clerical staff to prepare patients and patient rooms for procedures. Collect and deposit soiled laundry appropriately to ensure proper sanitation standards and cleaning of work areas. Provide the highest level of patient satisfaction by promptly and courteously responding to the needs and requests of our patients, visitors, and staff. Responds to questions with clear, accurate information; provide assistance to patients and their families. Acts as a positive role model and team player demonstrating Hospital Mission and Core Values and adhears to policies, procedures and standards established by Hospital, Department and Regulatory Agencies.

Interviews and screen patients prior to MRI procedures to ensure there are no safety
concerns/contraindication.
Performs MRI procedures following the protocols established by the Radiologists.
Begins studies, transfers images, documents patient history and completes studies in
GE IDX PACS system.
Experience with Cardiac and Pediatrics preferred.
Siemens/Toshiba experience preferred.
Able to correctly apply MRI compatible monitoring system/IV infusion pump to patients
when necessary.
Excellent organizational skills and communication skills needed to effectively orchestrate
daily workflow of patients.
Adheres to Departmental procedures, fulfills compliance with life safety, fire and hazardous waste, Radiation Safety, and Infection Control requirements. Maintains Licensure, stays current and participates departmental training offered. Performs procedures (Portables, E.R., Trauma, Fluoro OR and General) as needed. Demonstrates courteous behavior, positive attitude, etc. through polite communication with all co- workers/guests. Understands and appreciates the need to provide good customer service, both internal and external. Maintains work area: Reports maintenance issues for equipment, monitors supplies and deficiencies, maintains paperwork particular to each department/office. Participates in clinical activities (i.e. assists with patient flow/care, helps to optimize throughput of patients via Radiology Ambassador team. Remains compliant of timekeeping rules: Avoids early, late and unauthorized entries. Attends greater than 80% of staff meetings to staff informed and supports initiatives.
Assists with Business Office Support duties and will be trained to EPIC applications and front desk registration & copay collection.
Under the supervision of the EMS Supervisor, the EMT will provide pre-hospital Basic Life
Support care in all weather conditions, in cooperation with other EMS providers as a
member of the patient care team.
Care will be rendered to patients of all ages whom experience any injury or illness, utilizing
appropriate equipment and techniques to safely assess, treat, lift, move and transport
patients to appropriate medical facilities.
Complete all required documentation and other assigned duties which support efficient
EMS operations while maintaining a professional attitude.
