  Responsible for answering phones and questions proficiently, and triaging calls which cannot be answered and, therefore, require further assistance. Provide clerical support, including correspondence, taking messages copying and faxing as assigned. Greet and direct visitors. Provides and ensures proper coverage of related duties when necessary. Responsible for receipt, distribution and delivery of supplies within Cooper Health Care network. This includes: Picking of requisitions orders, Receipt of Purchase Orders, Delivery of supplies, utilizing truck, Replenishment of inventory supplies, Cycle Counting, Utilizing Lawson / Mobile Supply Chain RF Scanner, Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Functions in the role of providing a safe environment for patients requiring close observation. Assists in providing direct, indirect, and non-patient care responsibilities. Contributes to quality patient care by serving as a significant member of the health care team.
