The Registered RN is a professional caregiver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. This individual will have the unique opportunity to assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Urgent Care Center. This new model focuses on the acute/immediate care needs in the Cherry Hill and surrounding areas. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required. - The Community Health Assistant will provide both clinical and administrative support and coordination to all community outreach activities. - Attend outreach activities as directed and support community-based programs by supplying educational and promotional materials. -

Some of the primary duties that GI technicians perform include:   - GI Technicians prepare rooms and equipment before endoscopic procedures and clean up and sterilize after procedures - Maintaining an inventory of equipment and supplies for endoscopic procedure - Ensuring equipment functions properly - Preparing waiting and recovery rooms or procedure suites -

- Performs ultrasound services is accordance with AIUM and Department Standards. Demonstrates a full knowledge of ultrasound practices in medicine as adopted by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the American College of Radiology.  Practices in accordance with National Patient Safety Goals.    - Verifies the presence of images and accurate documentation in the Picture Achieving Communication System. Assures accuracy of information provided and the quality of images.  - Prepares and submits necessary documentation to maintain ACR Certification of Services. The Chaplin provides emotional and spiritual support via spiritual/cultural rites and activities elected by the patients and staff of Cooper Hospital via direct patient contact with pastoral care staff, departmental volunteers, and clinical pastoral education program students, while responding to requested referrals to patient/community resources.

The Reception Ambassador provides information and assistance to patients, families and visitors and serves as support for the clinical staff within the reception and lobby areas at Cooper University Health Care. The ambassador may fill the gap for patients without family or friends available for visits and is often the first team member patients and visitors engage with when entering Cooper University Health Care. Primary responsibilities of the Reception Ambassador are to greet patients/family and visitors, provide excellent customer service, and to create a safe and friendly environment for all guests. Reception ambassadors provide information, assistance, and support to our patients, guests, team members and visitors within our lobby areas in the organization. 

Serve as the single point of contact to internal and external customers to ensure easy and seamless access to physicians, employees, patients, programs and services. Handle requests through various channels while utilizing numerous databases simultaneously. Relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls to or from internal and external customers in a 24/7 environment.
