The Registered RN is a professional caregiver, who as a member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame. They supervise and provide care to these patients utilizing the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self.   Key Responsibilities  

The Ophthalmic Technician will support clinical operations and patient care of the Neuro-Ophthalmology clinic alongside the Neuro-Ophthalmologist and the Orthoptist. This role will be primarily outpatient but could extend into the inpatient and operative space.

The trained Surgical technologist, under the direct supervision of the Registered Professional Nurse and/or physician, is assigned as an assistant to specific service areas in the Surgical Suite.

- Functions in the role of providing a safe environment for patients requiring close observation. Assists in providing direct, indirect, and non-patient care responsibilities. - Contributes to quality patient care by serving as a significant member of the health care team.

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, perform a variety of general, HVAC, Plumbing, and basic electrical/ repair preventive maintenance duties, repair and overhaul equipment and facilities of the Hospital.
