- This position will report up through the Director of Clinical Practice of CNI. - The Manager of Clinical Practice will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical programs within CNI, as well as the direct reporting of all non-provider clinical team members in CNI. - This position will have direct oversight to all daily operations within CNI, in partnership with other institute leadership.

Serve as the front-line contact person for all incoming patients. Greet, register, schedule, collect point of service copays and provide general information to patients and their families using AIDET. Must have the ability to be organized, take independent action and project Cooper’s values to both customer and co-workers. Serves as patient’s non-clinical navigator during discharge coordination.
