The activities of the medical physics group have steadily expanded on multiple fronts: clinical, educational, and research. At this point, it would be beneficial to have a clinical lead position, comparable to the ones we have or are planning for education and research, devoted to supervising (or sharing supervision of) clinical areas such as analytics, dosimetry, and clinical physics.
Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to
dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders.
Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical
programs
To obtain 2D and 3D echocardiograms with color and Spectral Doppler at the patient’s
bedside and in Echo Lab.
Perform Stress Echocardiograms and Dobutamine Stress echocardiograms as requested.
Assist Cardiologist with TEE and Intracardiac Echo in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Rotate hospital on call schedule, arriving within 45 minutes of call.
This position has a strong emphasis on customer service to our patients.

The role is directly responsible for the daily operations of the new state of the art Copper Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Moorestown. The position will have oversight of 6 OR suites, 2 Interventional Radiology procedure rooms, 2 procedure rooms, the pre/post op are with 32 bay, and PAT . The ASC will perform outpatient surgery within several specialties including but not limited to ENT, Plastics surgery, GYN, GI, General surgery and orthopedic surgery.
