Assists the research manager, principal Investigator, and other members of the research team with preparation of IRB protocols, consent forms, data entry, and other tasks as needed.   Completes and maintains all study documents as required.   Assists with the identification and recruitment of study participants.   Work as a team player with all involved in the studies. 

Conduct interviews with patients and families to insure insurance coverage which includes obtaining benefit information and pre-certification. Make referrals to financial assistance services for patients with less than 100% coverage. This position will also perform Scheduling duties when needed.

The Phlebotomy Technician is primarily responsible for collecting specimens for laboratory testing in the inpatient setting. Patients may range from newborn through older adults. Team members are assigned to various inpatient units based on volume and are expected to provide timely and accurate service.

Under the supervision of the EMS Supervisor, the EMT will provide pre-hospital Basic Life Support care in all weather conditions, in cooperation with other EMS providers as a member of the patient care team. Care will be rendered to patients of all ages whom experience any injury or illness, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques to safely assess, treat, lift, move and transport patients to appropriate medical facilities. Complete all required documentation and other assigned duties which support efficient EMS operations while maintaining a professional attitude.
