We are looking for highly resourceful and data-savvy students to join our Enterprise Analytics team as interns. The enterprise Analytics team is charged with leveraging on existing data resources to provide timely, accurate and actionable insights to business leaders across the organization. The interns will partner with other members of the Enterprise Analytics team to work on a variety of data analysis and visualization projects covering all facets of the healthcare delivery industry. The internship will give you the opportunity to work on “real world” problems and enable you to sharpen your skills in exploratory data analysis, data visualization and advanced analytics. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of project delivery and will have the opportunity to work with business leaders to define the problems and communicate the outcomes. You will have a flexible schedule, dedicating up to 20 hours a week to project work. Throughout the internship, you will gain tons of experience, hopefully enjoy the data crunching, earn a good pay and have a good potential for full time employment with us upon completion of your studies.

Team member referring must be employed at the time the payment disbursement to be eligible. • $500 upon completion of first 90 days • $500 after 1 year of employment      • Performs CAT Scan procedures following protocols established by the Radiologist • Operates the CT scanner during IR procedures in the CT department. • Maintains work area: Reports maintenance issues for equipment, monitors supplies and deficiencies. • Adheres to all Infection Prevention policies, utilizing the appropriate PPE needed. • Maintains licensure and BLS. • Stays current and participates departmental training offered. • Demonstrates courteous behavior, positive attitude, etc. through polite communication with all co- workers/customers. • Understands and appreciates the need to provide good customer service, both internal and external. • Participates in clinical activities (i.e. assists with patient flow/care, helps to optimize throughput of patients via Radiology Transport). • Remains compliant of timekeeping rules: Avoids early, late and unauthorized entries. Adheres to Departmental procedures, fulfills compliance with life safety, fire and hazardous waste, Radiation Safety, and Infection Prevention requirements. • Attends staff meetings and reviews daily huddles to keep current on department communications. • Participates in Departmental On Call and Holiday Requirements.   #LI-CU1

The ED Patient Experience Advisor proactively works with patients, family, and staff to facilitate and expedite care, comfort, safety, and disposition of patient. Provides support and communicates with ED clinical staff by answering patient/family questions, alerting on status of tests and results, bed availability and taking responsibility for patient service and comfort needs. Collaborates with ED staff and supports clinical staff as requested or directed. Proactively greets patients and families in ED clinical care area, hallways and Trauma, as needed. Educates patients and families on reasonable expectations about the ED process and potential admission to the hospital. Serves as the primary source of action for any patient or family issue or concern. Master’s an understanding of the organization’s mission, policies, procedures and services to respond to patient questions or concerns. Leads patient and family meetings as necessary. Provides appropriate service recovery as needed. Collaborates with care team to create the best possible patient/family experience while in the Emergency Department.

 The Analytics Developer will create reports, data visualizations and analytical solutions that deliver actionable information to business leaders. This position will primarily utilize the Tableau analytics and visualization platform to create, deploy and maintain reusable analytical solutions. Analyze and troubleshoot user issues resulting from the use of analytical solutions developed. Will champion the process of redesigning reports that are manual today and deploying them into the Tableau self-service framework to allow end users to access and use the information on demand.

The Patient Safety Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Patient Safety Manager and Assistant Vice President of Patient Safety & Regulatory with coordination of an organization wide patient safety program and all activities related to CUH Patient Safety Plan. Assists with development of education/training programs meant to increase awareness of patient safety initiatives and transform safety culture.   Assists with communication and dissemination of the Culture of Safety Survey as well as evaluation of results. Provides facilitation, consultation and project management to support safety goals and initiatives and process improvement projects. Supports organizational safety event review and analysis, including intensive case analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) practices. Support and perform safety rounds. Coordinates the Good Catch program to reward staff and physicians for their identification and reporting of “Good Catches. Other duties as assigned supporting patient safety initiatives
