This working bench supervisor role is responsible for maintaining efficient laboratory workflows, monitoring supply utilization, ensuring specimen integrity, overseeing test analysis, managing staff performance, and participating in the on-call rotation.

Responsible for supporting the ED clinical team in provision of patient care. This includes environmental readiness, assistance with procedures/care, carrying out specific duties, and effective communication. Support departmental initiatives including but not limited to patient throughput and customer service initiatives.  

- This position will report up through the AVP of CHI and will serve in a dyad role with the CHI Administrative Director. - The Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical operations, clinical quality and performance, and all non-provider clinical team members in CHI. - This position will also contribute significantly in the achievement of CHI'S strategic objectives and deliverables. - In addition, this position will serve as a primary partner with inter-organizational and external organizational partnerships.
