The Reception Ambassador provides information and assistance to patients, families and visitors and serves as support for the clinical staff within the reception and lobby areas at Cooper University Health Care. The ambassador may fill the gap for patients without family or friends available for visits and is often the first team member patients and visitors engage with when entering Cooper University Health Care. Primary responsibilities of the Reception Ambassador are to greet patients/family and visitors, provide excellent customer service, and to create a safe and friendly environment for all guests. Reception ambassadors provide information, assistance, and support to our patients, guests, team members and visitors within our lobby areas in the organization.
The Lead Technologist performs essential duties in one or more sub-specialties of the Clinical Laboratory in a highly competent manner. - Review and correct claims edit, and electronic exception reports.
- Review error data with appropriate staff and have corrections made.
- Maintain the rejection and no response reports.
- Periodically review EOB's from all carriers.
- Monitor reimbursement levels of inappropriate payments.
An MRI Technologist interviews and screen patients prior to MRI procedures to ensure there are no safety Concerns/contraindication. They provide education, service coordination, service linkage, and support to patients within the healthcare, social service, and justice systems.
