- Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), assists with patients’ activities of daily living and plan of care. - Communicates with and supports healthcare team, patients and/or patient’s family or significant other(s). Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics. - Supports the activities of daily living to include bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, toileting/hygiene, and assisting with mobility and transport. Responsible for supporting the ED clinical team in provision of patient care. This includes environmental readiness, assistance with procedures/care, carrying out specific duties, and effective communication. Support departmental initiatives including but not limited to patient throughput and customer service initiatives.  

- This position will report up through the AVP of CHI and will serve in a dyad role with the CHI Administrative Director. - The Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical operations, clinical quality and performance, and all non-provider clinical team members in CHI. - This position will also contribute significantly in the achievement of CHI'S strategic objectives and deliverables. - In addition, this position will serve as a primary partner with inter-organizational and external organizational partnerships.
