Conduct interviews with patients and families to insure insurance coverage which includes
obtaining benefit information and pre-certification.

The COD is a Registered Nurse who coordinates the delivery of Patient Care Services to patients during day, evening and night hours including weekend and holiday shifts. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), assists with patients’ activities of daily living and plan of care.
Communicates with and supports healthcare team, patients and/or patient’s family or significant other(s).
