This role is a functional expert and leader of the Workers Compensation and Occupational Health functions.   Responsible for the leadership and effective management of Workers Compensation Program including all regulatory compliance.   Works collaboratively with Occupational Health, infection control and human resources staff to create policies and procedures for employee health programs. Ensures metrics for HR programs are established, monitored and met.

Multiple Camden outside of OR sites (OB, GI, EP Lab, TEE, Neuro IR, Bronch, Pain, IR, MRI, PAT Clinic, Trauma/Emergency Alert responses), Cooper Digestive Health Center (4-bed) & Voorhees Surgery Center (5-bed), Moorestown Surgery Center, and others as assigned.

The Advanced Practice Nurse assumes responsibility for advanced nursing practice within a clinical specialty. In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens nursing practice and promotes positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include clinical practice, staff and patient education, and research.
