  To obtain 2D and 3D echocardiograms with color and Spectral Doppler at the patient’s bedside and in Echo Lab. Perform Stress Echocardiograms and Dobutamine Stress echocardiograms as requested. Assist Cardiologist with TEE and Intracardiac Echo in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

This position can work tray line, host/hostess, cafeteria, deli, cashier, salad bar, pizza, etc. Can act as runner and be responsible for restocking and cleanliness. Responsible for ensuring all stations are ready for operations, including accuracy, speed and having a sense of urgency. This includes setting up next shift for success. Daily cleaning of respective areas and a clean as you go policy to be enforced. Hosts/hostesses are responsible for requesting two patient identifiers (date of birth and full name of patient) and assisting patient with opening items if required. Hosts/hostesses must ensure condiment boxes are restocked, patient delivery carts are sanitized, etc. COMPLETE ANY OTHER DUTIES/CLEANING AS ASSIGNED Daily cleaning to include: starter stations, , air- curtain refrigerators, host/hostess carts, ice cream freezers, beverage center and any other areas as deemed necessary in patient services. In the retail areas all set-up and breakdown of stations must be cleaned and sanitized between shifts and fully restocked. Everything must be dated and labeled and temps recorded daily – twice per day. All staff members may be asked to perform other tasks and/or temporarily re-assigned to other work areas, as business needs require. Break times are subject to change contingent upon business needs.

CCA Practice Manager II will serve as a key resource for CCA operations of a 44+ exam room facility with 17+providers. This position must hold RN, BSN, MSN credentials with working knowledge of Administrative and Ambulatory Clinical Operations. Minimum 8+ years of management experience with a strong and extensive background in building strong relationships and manage teams with staff at multiple levels. Proven success in managing programs, fiscal, and employee HR matters, statement of operations, budgets to ensure the success of operations. Working knowledge of regulatory compliances in an ambulatory setting with a strong understanding of HIPAA and business practices. Must display excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills. This individual will have direct responsibility of the facility/practice and work closely with the Director of Patient Services & Regulatory Compliance along with the Director of Quality & Safety for Cooper Care Alliance. Responsible for overseeing all the administrative and business operation aspects of a private medical or wellness practice. Their duties include hiring employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the budget of the practice. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant health care and administrative software. Good leadership, motivation, training, and goal-setting skills with an understanding of P&L’s and operation statements. In-depth knowledge of health care finance best practices and standards. Great organization and time management skills with the understanding of health and safety standards in the medical industry. Must have the ability to establish and implement effective workplace procedures and ensure policies are followed. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to perform in a fast environment. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proficiency in strong computer (EHR) and IT system capabilities i.e., Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.   Set strategic goals with sound analysis and projections for business success Review and renew, or establish standard operating procedures for organizational operations, including legal and regulatory compliance.
