The Service Excellence Specialist is responsible for facilitating service needs, addressing comfort concerns, and ensuring that each patient is attended to in a timely and compassionate manner.
A nonexempt position responsible for the medical assistant care under the supervision of physicians, providers and/or registered nurse(s) in various ambulatory settings. Clinical direction, oversight and competency review is provided by medical providers and ambulatory professional development team in coordination with office management. Assists anesthesia department with daily preparation for cases, room turnover, restocking of supplies, cleaning of equipment and other duties as noted in job description.
