A nonexempt position responsible for the medical assistant care under the supervision of physicians, providers and/or registered nurse(s) in various ambulatory settings. Clinical direction, oversight and competency review is provided by medical providers and ambulatory professional development team in coordination with office management. The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide the knowledge, skill, and expertise necessary to successfully support the day to day operations of the clinical unit.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible to:
- Oversee assignments.
- Assist in quality and throughput goals.
- Support staff engagement by serving the unit in a consistent, supportive, and compassionate manner.
- Role model/mentor clinical staff to address patient needs effectively.
- Supports quality patient care and organizational priorities at the direction of the Clinical Director.
- Identify and support the elements of improved care quality care using HRO principles.

This role requires rotating through all locations (Camden, CDHI, VSC, MSC, and all others as assigned).
Anesthetic Locations: Main Operating Room in Camden (30-bed) with 100 average daily caseloads. Multiple Camden outside of OR sites (OB, GI, EP Lab, TEE, Neuro IR, Bronch, Pain, IR, MRI, PAT Clinic, Trauma/Emergency Alert responses), Cooper Digestive Health Center (4-bed) & Voorhees Surgery Center (5-bed), Moorestown Surgery Center, and others as assigned.
