The Registered RN is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. Follows established policies and procedures. Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors. - Works in collaboration with Vascular Providers, Navix Team and Manager to schedule appointments and gather images/reports for patients seeing the Vascular Surgery Team.

The Vascular Technologist performs studies ordered by physicians, keeping accurate records and ensuring equipment is in proper working order through the Biomedical department. All studies are performed according to department policy and procedures which are ICAVL accredited. Performs QA quarterly and assists with reaccreditation.

ADVANCED PRACTICED PROVIDER (APP) - Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant – Hospitalist at Cooper Camden, NJ and Inspira - All Locations

- Interviews and screen patients prior to MRI procedures to ensure there are no safety concerns/contraindication. - Performs MRI procedures following the protocols established by the Radiologists. - Begins studies, transfers images, documents patient history and completes studies in GE IDX PACS system. - Able to correctly apply MRI compatible monitoring system/IV infusion pump to patients when necessary. - Excellent organizational skills and communication skills needed to effectively orchestrate daily workflow of patients.
