A nonexempt position responsible for the medical assistant care under the supervision of physicians, providers and/or registered nurse(s) in various ambulatory settings. Clinical direction, oversight and competency review is provided by medical providers and ambulatory professional development team in coordination with office management. Greets patients and guests utilizing AIDET and provides excellent service experience. Provides patient support and keeps informed of delays. Takes appropriate action including offering alternatives.
Under the direction of the manager of clinic operations, functions as a supervisor to clinical staff capable of preparing evaluations and providing in put on performance and administering evaluations. In addition, brings disciplinary items to the manager. Provides medical assistant support to the providers if there is a staffing need. At all times ensures a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and care in accordance with the Patient’s Bill of Rights.
Lead others in providing prompt and accurate patient registrations while delivering good customer service. Must be able to multi task and work in a team environment. This individual serves as a lead and the front-line contact person for all incoming patients. The incumbent will greet, register, schedule and provide general information to patients and/or their families. Ensures that insurance information is verified, co-pays are collected, and that patient charts are prepared in advance. At all times ensures a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and care in accordance with the Patient’s Bill of Rights.
The Lead CCT will work in collaboration with the unit leadership to promote a positive work environment by facilitating teamwork, coordinated patient care, unit initiatives and projects for non-licensed personal.
Demonstrates knowledge of the proper application of aseptic techniques in dressing change and removal of sutures or staples. Efficiently and effectively assists with the application and/or removal of plaster/fiberglass casts, sutures, clips, pins or other Orthopedic devices or equipment. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, perform a variety of general, HVAC, Plumbing, and basic electrical/ repair preventive maintenance duties, repair and overhaul equipment and facilities of the Hospital. Assure compliance with all Hospital policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, safety, environmental and infectious control and all regulatory requirements.

They supervise and provide care to these patients utilizing the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self.

Performs various functions pertaining to construction and repair of interior and exterior of buildings and facilities.
Performs daily rounds of their respective property territory. Reports back issues that need attention. Rounds include grounds, life safety, compliance, inspections, equipment etc. Technician makes repairs or contacts vendor for service.
20% of Job Responsibility includes property management/project management services to include obtaining bids for repairs, assisting in requisition process, managing on-site contractors and invoice processing.
