- Supports quality patient care and organizational priorities at the direction of the Clinical Director.
- Identify and support the elements of improved care quality care using HRO principles.

The Registered RN is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. Clinical Director of Ambulatory Operations shall provide important leadership and guidance for work that relates to nursing staff in ambulatory care settings as well as bring the ambulatory care nursing perspective to collaborative efforts between Ambulatory Operations and Population Health and others, included but not limited to Professional Development and Quality and Patient Safety.
