The Division of Pediatrics is currently looking for a full time Developmental Pediatrician.  This is a chance to join a multidisciplinary team with a wide array of specialists to support patients and their families including child & adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Thoroughly examines patients, reviews their history, and provides a diagnosis. - Educates and counsels patients and families on neurodevelopmental and neurobehavioral difficulties. - Prescribes and/or administers treatment and medication and monitors behavioral side effects. - Within a multidisciplinary environment, teams with other clinicians, including neurologists, psychologists, social workers, etc. The Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper is 5 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and within a 30-minute commute of a wide variety of neighborhoods in Southern New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania.  We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.  Candidates should be interested in clinical care, teaching, and advancing their academic careers.    The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of teamwork, ability to care for a diverse patient population, excellent communication skills, an interest in academics, and most importantly a compelling desire to share our mission “To Serve, To Heal, To Educate.”

Responsible for supporting the ED clinical team in provision of patient care. This includes environmental readiness, assistance with procedures/care, carrying out specific duties, and effective communication. Support departmental initiatives including but not limited to patient throughput and customer service initiatives.

This position can work tray line, host/hostess, cafeteria, deli, cashier, salad bar, pizza, etc. Can act as runner and be responsible for restocking and cleanliness. Responsible for ensuring all stations are ready for operations, including accuracy, speed and having a sense of urgency. This includes setting up next shift for success. Daily cleaning of respective areas and a clean as you go policy to be enforced. Hosts/hostesses are responsible for requesting two patient identifiers (date of birth and full name of patient) and assisting patient with opening items if required. Hosts/hostesses must ensure condiment boxes are restocked, patient delivery carts are sanitized, etc. COMPLETE ANY OTHER DUTIES/CLEANING AS ASSIGNED Daily cleaning to include: starter stations, , air- curtain refrigerators, host/hostess carts, ice cream freezers, beverage center and any other areas as deemed necessary in patient services. In the retail areas all set-up and breakdown of stations must be cleaned and sanitized between shifts and fully restocked. Everything must be dated and labeled and temps recorded daily – twice per day. All staff members may be asked to perform other tasks and/or temporarily re-assigned to other work areas, as business needs require. Break times are subject to change contingent upon business needs.

Cooper University Health Care (CUHC) and Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU), Department of Ob/Gyn, Division of Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery are actively committed to diversity at all levels of the organization and are seeking a Board-Certified Urogynecologist at the Associate Professor level or above to join the faculty as Division Head. The division supports an established and growing hospital-based practice consisting of 3 full time and 1 part time faculty, along with 4 full time affiliate faculty at Christiana Care Health System. Additional staff include 2 advanced practice nurses.  This supports a 4-person fellowship with no citations. The practice is expanding and will have an additional location in Moorestown along with the Voorhees location.   The faculty practice in Urogynecology includes the care of women from a variety of demographic areas in both the inpatient and outpatient arenas.  The cornerstone of the practice is the development of long-standing physician-physician and physician-patient relationships.  Surgical procedures are performed both in the hospital and in our outpatient surgical center.   The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills and continue to foster the ongoing sense of teamwork within the division. Job Description: Advanced Practice Provider (APP), FULL TIME - Pediatric Gastroenterology   The Advanced Practice Nurse assumes responsibility for advanced nursing practice within a clinical specialty. In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens nursing practice and promotes positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include clinical practice, staff and patient education, and research. The Advanced Practice Nurse serves as a significant member of the multidisciplinary health care team in the inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

- Responsible for successfully completing daily tasks and/or projects as assigned. - Will complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner while exhibiting the Cooper University Healthcare Core Value qualities. - Must convey a positive attitude and be self-motivated. - Must complete and present a brief final report on their key responsibilities and learning’s at final team meeting  

COOPER RESEARCH INSTITUTE   Administratively supports and oversees all research activities conducted in The Cooper Health System.    Establishes and directs the organizational structure and staffing of the Cooper Research Institute in order to facilitate the conduct of clinical and basic science research by Cooper faculty, fellows, residents, nurses, allied health professionals, and research scientists.    Fosters development of new investigators by organizing faculty development research workshops and providing administrative support for research.   Responsible for a a centralized cost center with consolidation of all non-physician Cooper research  personnel.   Manages research payroll for individuals by allocating their time/effort on a monthly basis to the appropriate grants account to ensure the department’s research effort is self-sufficient and does not require support from clinical revenue.   Authorized official for submission and reporting of federally funded grants.   Responsible for all research related contract negotiations and reviews, financial disclosures, conflicts of interest resolution and ethics, patent filings and intellectual property management/licensing, and biostatistical support.    Fiscal oversight of research and programmatic service grant and contract revenues.   Reviews and authorizes billing and payment for patients’ research related charges in compliance with federal CMS regulations.   Develops subcontracts and provide fiscal oversight for outside non-Cooper physicians participating in clinical research in compliance with Stark and anti-kickback laws.   Acts as liaison with CMSRU in order to facilitate use of their laboratory. The director of the Cooper Innovation Center is now responsible for this.
