PGY2 pharmacy residency builds on Doctor of Pharmacy education and PGY1 pharmacy residency programs to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists in specialized areas of practice. Provides residents with opportunities to function independently as practitioners by conceptualizing and integrating accumulated experience and knowledge and incorporating both into the provision of patient care or other advanced practice settings.
Accountable for the management of clinical and business operations of assigned sites, including the delivery of quality clinical services, improving patient experience, materials management, , software implementations, regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, environment of care, and facility management, making themselves or designee available after hours for emergent issues such as facility or operational issues due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Supports the strategic direction of Ambulatory Operations as well as the Institute’s growth playbook by operationalizing new programs and growth initiatives. Exemplifies the Cooper University Health Care core values of inclusion, compassion and excellence.

The Patient Care Technician provides patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Key responsibilities include observing and reporting patient condition changes, assisting with daily living activities (such as meals and bathing), recording vital signs, measuring fluid intake/output, collecting specimens, and transporting patients within the hospital. They also perform one-on-one monitoring with documentation, demonstrate computer skills, follow physician orders, and use the internal paging and patient call systems. Additional tasks are assigned as needed.
Under general supervision, is responsible for providing optimal nutritional care to patients, which compiles with the Joint Commission and title 22 regulations and the standards of care in the dietetic profession.
Responsible for the medical nutrition therapy of patient/residents; nutritional assessment, nutrition care plans, patient visitation, inpatient/outpatient diet counseling, consults regarding advance nutrition support, as well as assist in other areas...
Carries out procedures for department functions, including, but not limited to:
Assists anesthesia department with daily preparation for cases, room turnover, restocking of supplies, cleaning of equipment and other duties as noted in job description.
Assist sterile processing technician with duties as assigned.
Assist supply coordinator with duties as assigned.

Clinical direction, oversight and competency review is provided by medical providers and ambulatory professional development team in coordination with office management. Greets patients and guests utilizing AIDET and provides excellent service experience. Provides patient support and keeps informed of delays. Takes appropriate action including offering alternatives.
