The Registered RN is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. - Follows established policies and procedures - Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors - Provides excellent customer service interfacing well with all levels of staff, management and physicians - Applies Cooper core values - Other duties as required

  Must be local Remote after 6 months of training Supports, educates, and assists patients and their families, serving as a link to their doctors and supportive services. This position’s role is key in the implementation of multi-disciplinary care.    Supports, educates and assists patients and their families, serves as a patient advocate.  25% Demonstrates effective teamwork as a member of the interdisciplinary care team, fostering and exemplifying a culture of respect. May participate in the direct care of patients during the Provider visit. 25% Responsible for the coordination of care, assists in securing prescriptions and supplies for proper care.  Participates in telephone triage 25%

This position provides administrative, clerical, and organizational support for the ID Division and the EIP department.  Provide administrative support to the ID Division Head, ID faculty, APNs, and Directors of EIP.  Support the organization’s leadership team and assist with administrative and program communications.  Extreme attention to detail is necessary.   Monitor fiscal expenses and physician/APN PTO for the ID Division.  Assist in coordination of grant applications and contracts as required.   Coordinate ID physician/APN inpatient and outpatient provider schedules.  Maintain ID faculty Outlook calendars and schedules.   Responsible for office supply management and...
