This role supports administrative requirements and activities for Addiction Medicine grants. It assists with ensuring grant compliance that is part of an effort to increase and sustain grant funding. This position will support grants related to graduate medical education and will work closely with both Addiction Medicine and the Division of Graduate Medical Education. This role will not only support grant tracking and reporting but also assist with day-to-day management of resident and fellow training programs within the Division of Addiction Medicine.
Assist with monitoring and upkeep of grant requirements
Prepare interim and final grant reports.
Assume responsibility for advanced nursing practice within a clinical specialty. In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens nursing practice and promotes positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of patients, staff and patient education, and research. Serve as a significant member of the multidisciplinary health care team in the inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
Treatment of patients in the hospital or outpatient setting. Oversight of rehabilitation aides and front desk staff. Communication with patients, families and other members of the health care team.
The Registered RN is a professional caregiver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.

Performs all Mail / Courier functions according to pre-set timetable to cover all routes. Has all outgoing materials prepared to go according to designated courier routes and their prescribed times of service. Follows all hospital and departmental policies consistently. Performs assigned duties to the designated standard at all times. Responsible for the sorting and delivery of Internal Mail, Patient Charts, Medical supplies, employee files and Cooper Billing to all off-site Cooper locations, with the added responsibility of handling Cooper Payroll and Finance check runs from Cooper’s billing offices in Cherry Hill to the Camden campus. Oversee the daily coordination of the flow of materials out of the mailroom and courier room to be delivered via a sub-contracted courier service....

Responsible for receipt, distribution and delivery of supplies within Cooper Health Care network. This includes Picking of requisitions orders, Receipt of Purchase Orders, Delivery of supplies, utilizing truck, Replenishment of inventory supplies, Cycle Counting, Utilizing Lawson / Mobile Supply Chain RF Scanner, Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
PGY2 pharmacy residency builds on Doctor of Pharmacy education and PGY1 pharmacy residency programs to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists in specialized areas of practice. Provides residents with opportunities to function independently as practitioners by conceptualizing and integrating accumulated experience and knowledge and incorporating both into the provision of patient care or other advanced practice settings. Residents who successfully complete an accredited PGY2 pharmacy residency are prepared for advanced patient care, academic, or other specialized positions, along with board certification, if available.
- Proficient in patient scheduling, professional telephone etiquette and customer satisfaction in support of the mission of CUH.
- Surgical scheduler duties involve scheduling for hospital outpatient based services, changing, and canceling appointments, to include other administrative duties as assigned.
- Interface as a direct liaison with patients and clinical staff at procedural locations to communicate patient results and scheduling needs.
