- Responsible for the management of clinical and business operations of assigned sites, including the delivery of quality clinical services, improving patient experience, materials management, software implementations, regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, environment of care, and facility management, making themselves or designee available after hours for emergent issues such as facility or operational issues due to weather, call outs or other unforeseen circumstances.

Accurately and timely prepares and dispenses all chemotherapy medications, including IV medications, under the direct supervision of the pharmacist as per policy and regulation.
Ensures all medications are properly delivered and charged.
Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of safe and comprehensive care to all patients presenting to the Urgent Care Center.
This RN is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.

To provide continuous observation and surveillance of 1:1/Close observation patients while maintaining patient safety. Patient Rounding to ensure equipment efficiency and patient safety.

Carries out procedures for department functions, including, but not limited to:
- Washing, inspecting, packaging, and sterilizing instruments/equipment

- Assisting OR personnel in locating/reprocessing instruments

This position is to evaluate and prioritize infants to be screened prior to discharge from hospital based on established protocol and state requirement and perform automated hearing screening tests, document screening test results and high risk factors in medical record
Responsibilities:
1. Perform automated hearing screening tests
a. Inform parents of infant prior to screening, and answer parent questions
b. Identify any risk factors for hearing loss
c. Perform automated screening test using designated equipment, strictly following established protocols and procedures
d. Inform parents of results of hearing screening, answering any questions after test
e. Refer any “problem cases” or questions unable to answer to hearing screen coordinator
2. Document screening test results and high risk factors in medical record
3. Follow established infection control procedures and utilize appropriate baby handling skills
4. Recognize problems with screening equipment, troubleshoot as necessary and report any recurrent or unresolved problems Hearing Screen Coordinator.
