- This OR Nurse Coordinator is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. - Will have the unique opportunity to assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Moorestown Multidisciplinary site. - This model focuses on the acute/immediate care needs in the Moorestown and surrounding areas. - Excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required. - Participates in cross training in other specialty areas. - Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement projects. - Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of safe and comprehensive care to all patients presenting to Moorestown Multidisciplinary sites.

The enterprise Analytics team is charged with leveraging on existing data resources to provide timely, accurate and actionable insights to business leaders across the organization. The interns will partner with other members of the Enterprise Analytics team to work on a variety of data analysis and visualization projects covering all facets of the healthcare delivery industry. The internship will give you the opportunity to work on “real world” problems and enable you to sharpen your skills in exploratory data analysis, data visualization and advanced analytics. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of project delivery and will have the opportunity to work with business leaders to define the problems and communicate the outcomes. You will have a flexible schedule, dedicating up to 20 hours a week to project work.   This position is responsible for performing the duties and functions in the diet office according to the current departmental policies and procedures and the job flows. Maintains current records of patient diet orders and takes patient calls for room service and guides them through choices in accordance with their diets. Customer Service: Solves customer problems, treats customer with dignity and respect. Acknowledges customer and responds quickly to customer needs. Process Room Service customer orders, including patient/family initiated orders and those patients needing assistance. Take phone calls and fax orders for all food requests. Coordinate processing of AM and PM nourishment orders and print AM and PM nourishment labels.

Performs essential duties related to one or more of the clinical subspecialties of Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology/Immunology based on shift. For Customer Service posting, performs essential duties related to reference lab test processing and resulting.

Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders. Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical programs

Perform Cardiovascular Stress Testing, EKG Testing and Editing and Holter Monitor Application--Inpatients and Outpatients - Adults and Children.

 Provide pre-hospital Advanced Life Support (ALS) care in all weather conditions, in cooperation with other EMS providers as a member of the patient care team. Care will be rendered to patients of all ages whom experience any injury or illness, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques to safely assess, treat, lift, move and transport patients to appropriate medical facilities. Complete all required documentation and other assigned duties which support efficient EMS operations while maintaining a professional attitude.

Patient Navigators provide a single and centralized point of patient access to physician and radiology services across disciplines. This includes Internal and Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Cardiology, OB/GYN, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Pain Management Patient Navigators thrive on working in a fast paced environment, have a strong ability to multi-task, are technically savvy, service oriented, communicate effectively and consistently display a professional demeanor.
