The recovery specialist possesses the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to competently provide non-clinical assistance and recovery support while maintaining follow-up with participants. The recovery specialist will work with individuals to support and strengthen their capacity to engage in their personal recovery.
The Life Support Training Center Instructor is responsible for instructing students within the area they are certified adhering to the guidelines of the American Heart Association and Cooper University Hospital’s Life Support Training Center. Responsible for setup and breakdown of all instructional material and decontamination of equipment when necessary. Analysis of student performance and competency depending on course requirements. The Registered RN is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.

The Director of Provider Capacity Management leads organizational efforts to design, monitor, and optimize provider capacity across the clinical enterprise. This role ensures patient-centric access to clinical services, oversees template management for provider and ancillary schedules, and aligns capacity management work to strategic initiatives. The Director collaborates with executive leadership, clinical and operational leaders, and physicians to proactively mitigate barriers to ambulatory access and patient flow, leveraging data analytics, technology, and process improvement methodologies.
This position has a strong emphasis on customer service to our patients. Must ensure quality patient scheduling, positive telephone etiquette and customer satisfaction in support of the mission of Cooper University Hospital. Serve as the front line contact person for all incoming patients. Greet, register, schedule, collect point of service copays and provide general information to patients and their families using AIDET.
