The Program Manager of the Cooper Heart Institute (CHI) will serve as an extension of CHI and Inspira Health Network physician and administrative leadership to execute and maintain strategic and operational initiatives tied to the Cooper and Inspira Cardiac Care joint operating agreement (JOA). This will include all Cardiac services in the inpatient and outpatient setting at various Cooper and Inspira sites. Overall focus will be centered around quality/patient safety, people, patient experience, and finance & growth.
